it's in full english (though it does NOT follow the UK/US english wordings ON PURPOSE. This due to the operational differences in the meaning of words)

UK PSB's are in development currently.

Not had the time yet to explore fully but yes I think it looks valuable to give people the "operational experience" of running a railway using the signalling system which most obviously lack. You are a more complete signal engineer if you experience the system from the perspective of the signaller, driver or even informed train passenger.
