MOD 1 2012 Q6- competence management system

Hi All,

Please find attached my attempt at Q6 of the 2012 mod 1 exam. Any feedback is massively appreciated. Not long until the exams now. Hope everyone's revision is going well.

A) CMS also permit to trigger required training before it is overdue, allows people to be allocated to work by "the office" based on their competences, corporate demonstration of compliance to law/standards etc. Would propose the wordy element could be rewritten to be more concise and not all jobs require and IRSE License.
B) A little short and would benefit from being more concise (time management is hard in the exam). Training does not always produce certification. It would be better to state "successful completion of training" although in this context certification is probably apt. Would avoid mentioning Sentinel - the examiner may not know what it is! However, it does answer the question.
C) Not sure the question has been answered. Need to ensure the individual is retrained, mentored or removed from a role dependant upon what the error was and the frequency of it. CMS would hold this detail and should trigger a corporate quality process.
Hope this all makes sense but would suggest practice writing by hand, under exam pressures and being economical with words. Answer the question, be comprehensive and don't waffle - an easy trap.
